We want every Eustress drop to feel worth it. If something's off, we'll make it right

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request via our Website or WhatsApp, and we'll take it from there

What condition does the item need to be in?

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • All original tags attached and packaging intact
  • No perfume, deodorant or visible signs of use

If the item doesn't meet these conditions, we won't be able to process the request.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes and size exchanges are free. If your size isn't available, we'll process a full refund instead.
Want a different style? We'll treat it as a return and you can place a fresh order.

How will I get my refund?

All refunds go back to your original payment method - UPI, card, net banking, whatever you paid with.

  • Prepaid orders: 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • COD orders: Refunded to your bank account - we'll collect your details when processing

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

That's on us, and we'll fix it fast. Contact us within 7 days and we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No reverse shipping charges. No back and forth.
